ORLANDO:
In Orlando, weekend and weekday utilization is at full capacity, 100%. Market demand is up and so is the number of unfilled orders, but since we are utilizing 100% of our cars, there is not much we can do for the unfilled orders. Obviously, demand has greatly increased and when that happens, the price of the product can increase and the product will still get used/sold. To increase profits, I will raise the price and see if we can recoup the losses from this month.
MIAMI:
Weekend utilization increased from 76% to 93%, so that is good news; by lowering the price of weekend rentals, we were able to increase that number. I'm growing a bit frustrated because our fleet size is not getting any bigger, but the demand for rentals increased by 226,632 units and unfilled orders grew 204,014 units to 1,063,606.
Although weekend utilization increased, total revenue and net income decreased; both not good signs. Looks like the prices will have to increase, yet again.
