In the Orlando market, I'm growing a bit concerned because this month, our unfilled orders skyrocketed to 1,091,359. Even though our revenue is increasing, I don't like the fact that we are not meeting the needs of consumers; so, next month we've got to try something different. I really wish our fleet size would increase, but we haven't had the opportunity to do that yet. On a more optimistic note, total revenue, net income and accumulated profit all increased by great amounts. Accumulated profit was excellent with an increase from $10,373,594 to $17,164,200; a change of $6,790,606!
MIAMI:
Unfilled orders nearly doubled in Miami this month; 452,778 to 859,592. So, like Orlando, I feel that something needs to be done to help remedy that problem. Weekday utilization is at 100%, but weekend utilization is only at 76% so we've got to try something new. Possibly try lowering the prices? Market demand is up so maybe if I lower the price of rentals, Universal will sell more units and in turn, make more profit. As with Orlando, total revenue, net income and accumulated profit all increased. Accumulated profit was most impressive with a growth of $2,667,501.
Accumulated profit for this month is something anybody can be happy with!
